OUR MISSION
New Wave is a theatrical production company founded by Miami University Students whose mission is to inspire the next wave of theatre artists here on the Miami University Campus. Our organization centers around developing new work through workshopping, rehearsing, and fully producing student-written theatre. We strive to provide a platform where students can practice any discipline of theatre they may choose in a professional theatre company setting while in college.

kyle carson
executive producer & co-founder
Kyle is a senior at Miami University majoring in Theatre with a co-major in Arts Management. His passion for producing theatre comes from his time working with Berkshire Theatre Group and The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. This semester while producing the Playwright Cabaret with New Wave he will also be working as the production manager, casting director, and lead publicist for Miami University's Capstone Pictures film "First Look." After graduation, Kyle will pursue a career in nonprofit theatre administration.
